*To insure the order or have a tracking # You may request Express Priority Flat Rate Mail International. It’s insured up to $100 and has a tracking # when it enters your mail system. Canada $ ~ All other countries $.
*Import duties, or customs fees are not included in the invoice total and are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs value will be the total of the purchase on the enclosed invoice and will not include the cost of postage. For customs, orders will be marked as “other” not as a gift nor will the invoice total be reduced. US and International postal regulations prohibit such practices.

Orders will be shipped within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.

Return Policy

For any reason you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, include a copy of your invoice. Refund will be made by the same method you paid excluding shipping cost. Merchandise must be in the original state it was sent. Fabrics may not be cut, washed or altered in any way. If you return fabric with any of the above problems, your money will not be refunded.

If I’m in error, I will pay for all postage after the order is returned for refund or replacement. Refunds are given in the same manner paid.

Karen Martin Quilt Fabric is a mail order quilting fabric store located in San Antonio, Texas. The fabrics are 100% cotton, new, first quality and cut to order. Multiple quantity purchases will be cut as one continuous piece. All fabrics are priced by the half yard. Minimum order is one half yard. Specializing in Moda Fabrics.
