Payment Options

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours on business days after payment is confirmed or your personal check has cleared your bank. 


United States customers may pay with a PayPal  invoice I send to you, cashier’s check, money order ( Western Union is not accepted), Visa, MasterCard or Discover/Novus credit card or personal check. Personal checks must be drawn on US bank accounts only.  When paying by personal check please allow up to 2 weeks for your check to arrive and clear your bank. If you do not care to use PayPal you may make payment using Visa, MasterCard or Discover/Novus please call Karen 1-210-496-7240 daily 9 to 9 Central time with your credit card information. Do not email credit card information.  Cashier’s checks and money orders must be received before shipment.


International customer payments are accepted in United States dollars through an invoice I send you through PayPal, or the credit cards above by calling Karen at the above phone number. No checks or money orders.


Sales Tax

Purchases shipped within the state of Texas are subject to 8.125% sales tax.

Karen Martin Quilt Fabric is a mail order quilting fabric store located in San Antonio, Texas.  The fabrics are 100% cotton, new, first quality and cut to order. Multiple quantity purchases will be cut as one continuous piece. All fabrics are priced by the half yard.  Minimum order is one half yard.
