| Sales Tax. Orders placed within the state of Texas
will be charged 8.125% sales tax (San Antonio rate) as required by law.
Payment options. I accept Visa, Master Card,
Discover/Novus and AMEX, personal checks and money orders payable to
Karen Martin from US banks. No post dated checks or cash please. Established
customer orders will be mailed upon receipt of check. New customers,
shipping will be delayed 10 days for checks to clear your bank. Credit card sales
will be shipped within 24 hours of order, unless it's a special
order. This is not a secure site. You may use your credit
card # on file, do not send credit card number via email. Verify
credit card changes by telephone. 210-496-7240. All orders must be prepaid.

Returns and
Exchanges of clothing. All returns and exchanges
must be made within 15 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in new
condition with original hang tag and copy of sales receipt. Buyer
must call or email first for authorization of return. Unauthorized returns will
be refused. Buyer pays return shipping. Karen will pay shipping back to
you for an exchange. No return or exchange on sale dresses. I want
you to be happy with every purchase.
Privacy. Your name, address etc. remain private between
you and Karen Martin. They have no opportunity to become public or shared
information.
