Karen's Dresses and Fabric
Irresistible cotton dresses for the discriminating lady.
Custom dresses for you....

The dresses are sewn from a pattern I designed, the pattern is not for sale.
You may choose the classic neck or V-neck, all have generous in-seam pockets.
Matching dress clip or attached ties are included. All cottons have been pre-shrunk before cutting.
Only quilting quality cottons are used. Karen Martin personally makes each dress.
Choose your fabric from any of the fabric pages.

From the Sunshine Collection using Cordellia Sun, Rose Trellis Sun and Jarden Sun.

# 14 Fabric is in stock for this dress. Moda Sunshine by April Cornell. Jardin Sky
and Aquarian Cream combination of 2 fabrics.

Moda fabric Vienna Nights by 3 Sisters. This dress shows use of two coordinating fabrics. The waist has been raised 2" as per the customers request. Sleeves are the standard length for this pattern. Above the elbow length.

This view shows the back of the Moda Vienna Nights dress. The ties may be tied in front or back.

Carol in San Antonio is the owner of this Moda Fabric Aqua Poetry Collection dress . The fabric designer is April Cornell. Karen Martin designed the dress. with a 3/4 sleeve length.

# 12 Two fabrics from Moda Vienna Nights by 3 Sisters.

The sleeves of this dress are above the elbow length. This version of the dress shows the use of 3 coordinating fabrics.

English Cottage

# 10 English Cottage is at home in Michigan. Carol supplied 3 coordinating fabrics. The short sleeves are above the elbow length which
is normal for this pattern. S-XL $74. 2 and 3X $84.

LeAnne named her dress the Tonka Toy Dress. She really gets comments from children who are facinated with the print. This Blank Textile fabric is available in this fabric store.

Here you can see close up details of the neck. It has been lowered 2" from the normal pattern. It's shown in a size 2X.

Tropical leaves and bright blue background provide a refreshing look. Fabric available in this store, you may find it in the Blank Textile catagory under Fabric Selections.

# 9 Go wild with a Tonka Toy Truck dress! Or Tropical Leaves for a cruise!
Both fabrics are in stock. The neck is lowered 2" for these 2X dresses
which have a new home in Arizona. S-XL $74. 2 and 3 X $84.

MaryBeth's dress with Fan pannel inserts on the side fronts. Her neck has been lowered 2" which is more comfortable for the 2 and 3X dresses.

A third fan panel of 3 quilt blocks is added the back bodice to add interest to the back of the dress..

# 8 The fan block insert fabric was supplied by the customer. Fan
pattern was modified from the Foldy Quilt Pattern also available in
this store. This sample is in size 2X and the neck is lowered 2".
S-XL $89. 2 and 3X $99.

The long sleeve version of Karen's basic cotton dress pattern.

The bodice is near or close to your natural waist. Normal length of the skirt is 34-35". If you desire a longer or shorter length please include it with your instructions.

Kristi's dress is out and about Houston, TX.

# 7 Kristi mailed both fabrics with instructions for long sleeve dresses with
matching dress clips for the back. I supplied notions and buttons.
